Groundbreaking Ceremony for New Animal Shelter

On October 3, 2007, County executives broke ground with pooper scoopers (not shovels) to celebrate the highly anticipated, new animal shelter.  Pat Claerbout, Director of the Department of Animal Care and Regulation welcomed guests, shelter staff, county officials and adoptable animals to the event.
