Tia Maria's Story
I had adopted two dogs from the shelter and was interested in owning a rabbit. I saw Tia Maria with her lovely hazel fur and black markings and brought her home. She lives in the corner of the yard and has a dirt, vegetation and a cement porch to enjoy. She has a cage but is able to roam around free in her fenced area. Many people do not realize that the shelter has more than cats and dogs for adoption and is a good resource for rabbits.
